It was a great party at Bill and Sue's. Thanks for the hospitality and great food! Good people and good music equal one great time. Thanks to all.

Here we are on May 1, 2011 at the Warwick Valley Winery in Warwick, NY. It was a beautiful spring day with a great crowd. We hope to do it again someday.  Or maybe we can even play the other winery that Lorraine ended up at before finding the right one!

Dave Emmons performing "Small Change" at the annual songwriters contest at the 2011 Hank Williams Festival in Georgiana, Alabama on May 20, 2011. The song took 4th prize, with the Grand Prize winner being Vinny D'Amico with his song "Hold that Thought".  Not bad for a couple of Jersey boys in the Deep South!

Dave's trophy. Don't look too closely. You might actually see that the barrel with the music notes and staffs is upside down, OOPS! That's what 4th is all all about I guess. At least there were no 5th prizes and they stopped at 4th! So, I'm the biggest loser. But boy does it feel good! I never expected anything like this!
